Grown in the highlands of Baja Verapaz, this Guatemalan coffee offers a clean and balanced cup with a smooth body and medium acidity. Our Cubulco roast brings forward notes of chocolate, almond, and a touch of citrus brightness, making it a versatile bean for both filter and espresso.

We roasted this one just past City, giving it enough development to enhance sweetness and body while keeping the brighter citrus tones intact. If you're a fan of medium roasts that showcase origin character with a chocolatey backbone, this one's for you.
