When do you roast and ship?

  • All roasts are made to order. We do this to ensure the freshest experience possible when it arrives. No more stale coffee that's been sitting on a shelf for months. We roast Monday - Thursday and usually the order will ship or be locally delivered the following day.

How is the coffee packaged?

  • Our 12oz and 2lb whole beans are packaged in heat-sealed bags that feature a one-way gas valve and resealable zipper. Our single serve pods are filled and sealed and packaged in a 12ct box. 

What are your single serve pods and why are they so awesome?

  • Great question. Our pods are not like normal pods you get at the grocery store. They are filled and sealed directly after roasting for peak freshness. There is a true freshness de-gassing seal that allows us to roast, grind, and fill on the same day! And they are eco-friendly with 100% recyclable materials. We will have a dedicated page to show all the features and benefits of our pods because it's too much to write out here.

Why do you only ship in California?

  • Due to Cottage Food laws, we currently are only able to ship throughout our state which we hold the license, which is California. We are working hard to get all the necessary permits and licenses to be able to ship nationwide. Thank you for your patience!

Can I exchange/return my coffee?

  • Coffee is a perishable product, and Two Tone cannot re-sell any returned coffee. That being said, we stand by the quality of our product, and if you are dissatisfied, please send us an email. 

How does your donating to shelters work?

  • For every bag sold, we will donate a portion of the proceeds to a local animal shelter. Each month we will help a different shelter and spotlight what the shelter does for the community. Donations will be made to their general fund so the money can be spent on what they need most.
