Cacao and almond lead the way, with a light floral note underneath and a caramel sweetness that lingers longer than you'd expect from a coffee this smooth. Medium body, gentle acidity, the kind of cup that's easy to drink a whole pot of without thinking twice. A little softer and more approachable than the Guatemalans it gets compared to.
