More than 3,000 smallholder farmers near Burundi's Kibira forest grow this coffee, each tending an average of just 150 trees. Every cherry gets hand sorted before it ever reaches the drying tables, an entire community's work in every bag.

This one drinks like fruit punch in the best possible way. Blackberry and black cherry hit first, strawberry jam and black currant right behind, finishing with blood orange and a touch of cocoa.
