The Young Producer Recruitment Lot comes from Unblended Coffee's Young Producer Program, a project built around young Colombian farmers who chose coffee as a deliberate calling. Grown across Antioquia, Huila, and Cauca, this lot brings together small harvests from emerging producers at high altitude, cooperating to create something bigger than any single farm could pull off on its own.
In the cup it's exactly what a great everyday coffee should be: balanced, satisfying, and a little more interesting than you expected. Rich chocolate up front, a bright citrus note that leans toward tangerine, and a smooth molasses sweetness that carries through to the finish.
