This coffee comes from Finca Amistad, one of Costa Rica’s most unique and environmentally focused farms.

Located in the lush highlands near the La Amistad International Park, the farm is both Certified Organic and Smithsonian Bird Friendly®, one of the most rigorous sustainability certifications in coffee. The program requires farms to maintain a dense canopy of native trees and healthy forest habitat that supports migratory birds and wildlife.

That commitment to biodiversity and careful cultivation helps produce coffees that are clean, expressive, and naturally sweet.

We roast this coffee to a nice light medium to highlight its bright Central American character and layered sweetness.

In the cup, you’ll find refreshing notes of honeydew melon and lemon zest, balanced by a smooth caramel sweetness. The acidity is crisp but approachable, and the body stays clean and silky, making this an easy-drinking coffee with plenty of complexity.
