Grown in the highlands of Chalchuapa, this El Salvador delivers a smooth, sweet, and balanced cup with gentle acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. Our roast brings forward notes of caramel, honey, and soft nougat, with a hint of butterscotch and warm citrus that lifts the finish without overwhelming the cup.

We roasted this one to a solid medium, giving it enough development to deepen its natural sweetness while preserving the clean, silky character Bourbons are known for. If you're a fan of medium roasts that lean comforting, sweet, and endlessly drinkable, this one will feel right at home in your rotation.

Recommended for: Pour-Over, Drip, Espresso
