Sourced from Finca Colomba’s Agua Nueva lots in El Salvador, this Bourbon variety is semi-washed processed, giving it the best of both worlds: the clarity of a washed coffee with just a little extra sweetness and body from the fruit.
We roast this coffee to a medium profile to let its natural sugars really shine while keeping the cup smooth and balanced.
Expect rich notes of brown sugar, milk chocolate, and caramel, backed by a creamy body and a soft citrus lift on the finish. It’s sweet, structured, and incredibly approachable. The kind of coffee that works just as well for specialty pour overs as it does for your daily drip or espresso.
