Guatemala El Socorro Single Origin

This is a standout coffee from one of Guatemala’s most respected farms.

Grown by Juan Diego de la Cerda at Finca El Socorro, this coffee represents the kind of precision and care that has earned the farm recognition in specialty competitions and international auctions. El Socorro is known for meticulous cultivation, high elevation growing conditions, and consistently award-level lots.

We roast this one light to preserve its natural vibrancy and showcase the full character of the Maracaturra variety.

From the first grind, you’ll notice lifted yuzu and floral aromatics. In the cup, it opens with bright starfruit and citrus, layered over structured notes of cocoa and dark chocolate. As it cools, a refined pear and green apple sweetness emerges, giving the cup a clean, elegant finish.

This is a coffee that highlights both origin and producer. Expressive, balanced, and delicious.
