Sweet Simone is our playful medium roast that brings together the best of Central and South America. We pair a honey-processed Costa Rica with a smooth Colombian Supremo to create a cup that’s comforting yet lively.
In the cup, expect chocolatey sweetness layered with caramel tones and tropical/stone fruit accents that keeps things bright without overpowering. Smooth enough for your daily drip, vibrant enough to shine as a pour-over, and balanced beautifully as espresso.
We try to keep this blend consistent but sometimes we have to substitute a bean from a different region. But we always try and keep the flavor profile as consistent as possible.
